Brief Biography: Davey is a young man from California who has gotten in way over his head with his "wife" Vicky Colt. Vicky is far out of David's league. David has a somewhat unusual set of skills given the wasteland. He is ideal to be on a scavenging crew, but he hates doing that. In fact, David hates any kind of work that involves the words manual, labor, and job. David had been earning a few caps here and there as a stylist in the Truck Stop next to Tiffani Zero. That didn't last too long until David got fed up waiting around on people and he quit.

David seems like he is headed down a dark path. He doesn't appear aware of Vicky's adultery, but also doesn't appear to have any drive, any motivation, or any desire to do anything productive that aids the community, either.
