Brief Biography: Heaven is the girl everybody wants. She is the local celebrity. Heaven sings in the Saloon once or twice a week for a few hours. These performances are not much, but they uplift the tiny town. Heaven is also very notable as the first person not involved with Truck Stop's founding to settle there. She had passed through while the place was first being settled a few times with a caravan of performers. However Heaven went solo and settled in a little place she thought had a future.

Heaven is a dedicated rider. She also has a few useful skills that help the small community. Heaven can often be found in Edge and Skirt's company. She admires Edge for her confidence and secretly empathizes with her on her desire for a real man. On the other hand, Heather doesn't particularly care for Skirt, finding the woman too open about being a whore. If she isn't with them, Heaven can also often be found being bothered by Skylar Corrin, or politely shooting down Bruce Logan.

Heaven isn't a leader of Truck Stop, but she is one of the wealthiest and most beloved citizens. She has a loft on the second floor of the main building.
