A formidible soldier, Lt. (junior grade) Kolvir was punished for having social skills, and assigned to liasion (i.e. baby-sit) a group of superhumans.   Luckily they were at least The Champions, though even those supers were a ulcer-inducing handful.

Lt. (junior grade) Kolvir is a skilled combatant, speaks seven languages and can switch between prim PR expert to cutthroat fighter in less than a heartbeat.   She normally wears a civilian business suit and skirt for her job, but usually has several weapons hidden on her person.
