A trim, athletic, handsome man, Sam Scar is a strong silent type who's more at home in the field than an office, and continuously drives his staff crazy by being out in the action, despite his position at "Commander in Chief" of the Forces of UNTIL.
Though technically a General, Scar balks at the title with almost superstitious fervor.
He is an expert in weapons, weapon systems, and martial arts.   Strangely, his signature trenchcoat, a garment more like a uniform to him than anything else, has a surprising number of pockets and always seems to have just the weapon or gadget he needs.
