History/Background: Preeti has grown up with the Mescalero and has always been a bit of a wild one. While she has not had weapons training like Nitika and Smita, she has still been running around with the boys when she was little, and since she has grown into her body, the boys started chasing her.

There are some rumors about her, some people say she lets the boys do more than she should, others even say she has relations with the white men who sometimes check on the reservation. She has not denied these rumors, but she has not admitted to them either. In fact, she enjoys the attention this gives her.

The two boys who were killed were friends of Preeti, even though they were a couple of years younger than her. Their death infuriated her, a fire burns inside her that can only be quenched by blood of the white men. During her tryout with Smita she has shown a natural ability with the tomahawk and the knife, and she was able to impress Smita with her close combat qualities.
