History/Background: Growing up Aranea or Katie as she was known then was raised to be a decent wife someday. When her folks perished her aunt moved in and life was good. Katie often fell for a man but none really wanted more from her. Then her family found some gold in the nearby river and things changed. Not for the better neither. A man who had been around some and had a thing for her aunt came around again to help out with the claim. Trouble was when the rest of the family was in town at at a town function he came to steal from them. Also,he wanted more than just gold. He roughed Katie around some cutting her twice before raping her. When her aunt came back he went after her and Katie shot him in the back but not before he killed the aunt. When the rest came back they knew there would be trouble. That was the day Katie McCallister died and Aranea Arachnid was born. The decision was to leave the Colorado territory and never return and she decied to visit her father's brother. From him she learned several skills that je;[ [re[are jer fpr a career as a bounty hunter and in this field she flourisdhed though she often got less from a bounty then a man would simply because she was a women. To her seeing as they feel she isn't that good she felt she deserved more but it's a man s world.  She is now headed to the El Paso area to search for more.
