Celiana is of medium height, thin build and balletic grace. She looks about 50, with wrinkles around her eyes and the kind of skin that is taut and pale, as if she hasn't spent much time in the sun. Usually dressed in black and carrying a cane, she holds herself like a soldier, and there's a certain aura about her, one of command and old power. There is the slightest whiff of roses around her, although they seem to be just a hint past their time.
