His smile gleems, his red hair shines luxuriously, and he has an extremely thin model-like body.

SHINER's aerodynamic costume is covered in flashy reflective sequins, a very small cape, transparent goggles for flying, and re-enforced knees, nuckles, elbows, and boots.
