Devlin is 6'2" and weighs about 220.  He is athletic looking but a bit scruffy.  His walk is more of a prowl or stalk.  He tends to dress in jeans and t-shirt with combat boots.  He always has a pistol and a knife on his side and usually a pistol and knife in his boots. He will usually be found with a cigar in his mouth, lit or not depending.
