Ekchua Ix stands at 5' 7" and 182lbs. His lanky arms and lengthy legs are set against a chiseled and slender physique, hinting at a strength much different than that of a warrior's. His leathery brown skin (Native American, Mayan) seems to possess a nearly reddish hue in the light. On his upper back is a graffiti-esque tattoo of a set of scales. His nose is small but strigine, hooking gently forward and down. His lips are taut and full against a homely face. His eyes are an intense hazel, like tinder readied for fire. Their rhombus-like shapes are sharply cut into the space below his near-ethereal eyebrows.

A short scar travels across the left eyebrow, eye, and stops just over the bridge of his nose. Another textured scar runs along his right jawline, and the jaw itself is formed of hard squared lines. His black mohawk is cut short, the sides of his head razored clean, and a five-inch braid trails from his temple to behind the back of his left ear. The braid is threaded through hollow bones - giving it the appearance of a miniature skeletal tail - and is terminated with a cheap gold ring. The right ear is widely gauged with an ivory hook while the left earring dangles with a petite chain ending in a minuscule red feather.

Standard is a very long red scarf that adorns his neck most any season or climate. It is often pulled up across his mouth and nose in a semi-mysterious manner. Its tattered ends seem to catch the slightest breeze, having a wraith-like wave in its movements. Also around his neck and beneath his scarf is a medium-length platinum necklace. Its ornament is a .50 cal bullet casing filled with ashes. His earthy brown leather jacket provides mild protection from the elements (and the occasional edge of a blade). A pair of lighter colored beige belts travels under the armpits and back over the shoulders, with a single leather strap holding them both together at the middle of his upper back. A set of three thin red belts bind the upper right arm and the jacket can be closed by four hefty gray metal buckles (it is most always kept open). Ix's canvas camo pants are bloused above high rise black sneaker-boots. They have no laces and look like tabi socks.

Underneath his clothing - and clearly beneath his open jacket - is a black, skin-tight full-body suit. It covers everything below the neck, and the face mask is generally zipped down in casual conditions (face pic is of mask).
