Background/History:
He grew up on Garuda learning to live harmoniously with the planet and a small group of Garudan.
He found his mate, Sillia, while hunting in a neighboring patch of trees at the age of 16.
He was bound to her at 17 and her to him at 15. Shortly afterwards, humans made contact with Garuda.
Wanting to protect their world from the threat of the Invid they both joined as civilians at 16 and 18.
Fillon changed his name to Xavier after he became so engrossed in learning the language and customs necessary
to be accepted as an enlisted Infantry Soldier quicker than Sillia did.
He was seperated from his mate, Sillia, for a while. He was sent off to a military ship to join the fight.
