Brief Bio: Very little is known about Dishara Cloakmist.  Many rumors abound, but the most popular is that she was once a Zhentarim Black Circle mage and priestess of Cyric who took her duties as a missionary of murder to a fanatical pitch, eventually getting herself excommunicated by the church of Bane when the Banites took over Zhentil Keep once more.  She has a familial estate in Waterdeep, a small tower that sits on top of a small hill overlooking a well and a graveyard and the surrounding neighborhood.

Largely a recluse, Dishara is believed to be insane, driven mad by one concoction or another.  Her public appearances are rare at best, and when she is around, she gives everyone a creepy, terrible vibe.
