Kerrigan the Red cuts a dashing figure in his fine silk clothes.  His hair is always clean and well brushed, and almost seemed to be flowing in the wind by itself, even indoors.  A handsome man, almost to the point of beautiful, the half elf seems to have taken the best parts of both of his parents.

A fairly famous bard in the area of Randor (DC 10 Local Knowledge or Int check 12 to have heard of him), Kerrigan is well known for soulful balads, jaunty tunes, and seductive love songs.  Like many bards, he has a reputation of being a bit of a playboy, but also of leaving any woman in his wake very satisfied.

He can be a bit arrogant, but seems to have the talent to back up his words.  He seems as skilled with his rapier as he is with his lute, though he's quick to point out that he's a lover, not a fighter.
