Appearance: Victoria is a typical Victorian 19th Century girl, born in 1852, quite pretty with shoulder-length brown hair, blue eyes, and impeccable manners.  She is the daughter of scientist Edward Waterfield, who in 1866 was conducting experiments with time travel, which attracted the attention both the Doctor and the Daleks.  He died in the subsequent battle, and his daughter became a somewhat reluctant traveler with the Doctor and Jamie.

Personality: Victoria is a curious girl, well-read and educated for the time period she was born.  She is friendly, somewhat resourceful, and always willing to help.  Unfortunately, she also frightens easily, and is know to scream quite a lot, a most piercing and loud scream at that.  Otherwise, she was unhappy with her travels with the Doctor and left him at the first opportunity to join a family in the 20th Century.
