Camera Man got his nickname from the high end camera he carries around. Not as a spy, though he does find some work in that regard, but more as a photographer. Camera Man was probably embraced by a Toreador who immediately regretted the decision and abandoned him since he's quite good at photography, but he's a little awkward socially and has a minor stutter.

He takes really grade A pictures and hangs them about his apartment and wherever else he can get away with it, liking the recognition. Camera Man has fallen in with Team NOS since Jennifer really likes his photography.
