Description: Dimtri was heavily involved in the vory v zakone (Russian mob). He was sentenced to life in a soviet prison when he was embraced by Vladimir who needed ties into the criminal world.

When Vladimir traveled to the US, Dimitri followed and established himself on the East Coast as an importer/exporter specializing in smuggling in people and wepaons.

Vladimir was forced into torpor and since then Dimitri moved his operation from Jacksonville to Charlotte needed a more central area for distribution of illegal goods.

During John's reign, Dimitri drifted away from the Camarilla and started getting involved with the Anarch movement. While he views himself as independent most of the others view him as one of the Anarchs.

Dimitri has created a small mirror of the vory in Charlotte, surrounding himself with mortals and ghouled criminals. While the group mostly stays out of other vampire ways, Dimitri has a building reputation for brutality.

Right before Lorenzo took praxis, Dimitri creatd a childe who ended up joining the Camarilla instead.
