Brief Bio: The childe of John Lee has a lot on his plate. With his Sire gone he is effectively the only real leader his clan has and they're all looking to him to dig them out of the hole the former Prince dug for them, but Lars isn't a flunkie or a failure. He's crafty and smart. The tycoon who holds the keys to Charlotte's ground transportation (CATS, the LYNX program, and the rail service) is always a step ahead of the game.

Lars was embraced in Charlotte after immigrating from Germany. His family has long been involved in the rail industry and John was looking for a way to diversify his own portfolio. Lars provided that diversification.

However Lars was not cut out for life as a vampire, and he repeatedly screwed up  even the simplest of projects for John. Things got so severe that once Rowan was destroyed John attacked Lars with all of his disciplines and "re-educated" him. Ever since Lars has been on point and unwavering. Though the mental rearranging came at a cost: Lars' loyalty. Lars had been working for a decade to distance himself from his sire.

With Juan in charge Lars is working his ass off to get the LYNX system pushed through. That will help increase the population of the city which means Charlotte will get a little less cramped than it is now. It also opens the way for businesses, which means more money for the city. Which means growth. He knows the Ventrue are in for a rough ride so he's tightening the leashes on those who do not flee and making sure they all work to prove their worth.
