Brief Bio: Philip has been in the Charlotte area for as long as anyone can remember and he has been a loner for most of that time, thriving on the periphery of the Camarilla. He is the stuff of legend, the ultimate hunter, and can truthfully boast a half a dozen Lupine kills, and many more unwary vampires who wandered into the wilds of his hunting grounds.

Philip generally feeds from people in the rural bars around Kannapolis, China Grove, and Landis. Very rarely he frenzies and will be responsible for one of those inexplicable rural family slayings, but it has been decades since the last one happened.

Philip has frenzied quite a few times, leaving his Appearance at 1. He will never be mistaken for handsome, and he barely looks human anymore thanks to his declining Humanity. When Philip must travel in the city he either travels in animal form (an owl) or uses Obfuscate. Philip's other animal form, is a large male lion, and he is responsible for sightings of a lion roaming the country side from time to time. Though the accounts are usually blown off.

Not entirely loyal to the Camarilla, Philip is loyal to the Prince, and serves as Sheriff competently.
