Brief Bio:  He is brash, crass, and violent. He is never far from his closest friend, Ken Smith. Together the two Toreador flunkies founded Team NOS. Like his brood mate Chris has the unique ability to get intoxicated from various drugs by doing them regularly.

Chris is on again off again lovers with Jennifer and her Kindred sibling. Its not known which of the two is older and they're rather quiet about their sire. Rumor has it that in their sire used to rage and beat the two of them violently. Chris finally took his revenge and diablerized their Sire, and fled with Jennifer... At least that's what the rumor mill says.

Chris co-runs team NOS, but to what extent is unknown. Neither Ken nor Chris seems smart enough to manage the organization into what it has become. Chris is remarkably chill despite his reputation for being violent. He would rather spend his time behind the wheel of one of his prized cars, getting high, or playing video-games. However he is borderline psychotic and easily provoked to violence.
