Brief Bio:  Riley Ishikawa was born in Japan and embraced there as well.  She is the impressive, rising star childe of Francesca Del Rio.  Riley comes from a powerful, well connected bloodline, and has inherited much from her sire's influence.  In addition, Riley is a notable harpy in her own right, and is often viewed as one of the more influential kindred in the city of Charlotte.

Riley is a very dangerous kindred to make as an enemy.  While she isn't exactly a member of either Christian's or Dora's direct circle, her own natural knack for ripping others to shreds with nothing more then her tongue and a raised eyebrow makes her quite formidable, even in their esteemed eyes.  For that reason above others, Riley is often dispatched to shred the ancillae and neonates.  If Riley had one flaw, it would be that she is a poser.  Lacking most anything resembling artistic talent, Riley is indeed a noted poser.  Few kindred are actually stupid enough to call her a Poser, let alone to her face...but that doesn't stop the occasional newbie from making that mistake.
