Brief Bio:  "Irish" Rob Tilley is a large man.  He is usually calm and conservative, but being both an Irishman and a Brujah, conservative still means he has no problems breaking someone's face, and for that matter, their personal property, their reputation, and their favorite ghoul.  His wrath is well known.  The childe of the deceased Anarch Tank, Irish Rob has a very large chip on his shoulder when it comes to the Sheriff, Nigel.  Rob was absent the night of the massacre, planned on purpose by his sire and grandsire.  After the destruction of the two elder Brujah, Irish Rob quickly took up the mantle of Anarch Baron.  He has feuded on and off with Eve over the position, but the two get along well now.  It is a running joke that when Eve wants to be heard, she stands on Rob's shoulders.

Irish Rob has also had his differences with other Anarchs, notably Phoenix, who is seen as a rival for the same influence, and Team NOS, who he dislikes for their lack of actual progress in the cause.  Rob has also offended a few of the Gangrel, namely Teri Ozbourne for reasons unknown except by the two of them and Yuri Borkinov who he sees as a worthless piece of trash.

Irish Rob is becoming much more subdued with age, but the fire inside is far from dead.  Perhaps it is his current 10 year ban (of which he has served 8 years and 159 nights) from Elysium that makes him this way.  Still, Irish Rob is a massive, intimidating figure who has no problems reminding everyone around him that he is bigger then them.  This is a fact Riley Ishikawa learned all too well when Rob finally caught up with Nigel in Elysium.  As the story goes, Rob picked Riley up in mid sentence, and physically moved her out of the way in order to get to his foe.  This was the event that got him banned from Elysium.

It is no secret that Irish Rob is always on the hunt for Nigel, but as of yet, the massive Brujah has been unable to corner the Sheriff.

Rob Tilley is a profound Underground Fighter, and was the champion for a time until defeated by Edge.  The beating is one he admits, he had coming, and does not regret the loss.  His current record is 19 and 1, and among the list of kindred he has defeated, Phoenix, Chaz Calloway, and Patrick Adams top the list.
