Brief Bio:  April St. John is a tall, pretty blond with a disarming personality, but if one were to stare into her eyes long enough they would clearly see that the woman is long, long gone.  April's insanity manifests as an extremely vindictive personality that does not deal with rejection or challenges to her authority.  At times, she even comes off as OCD or as a Meglomaniac, but it's just the result of April's humanity being gone.

April has a loathing for Anarchs that goes deeper then mere hatred.  Her particular grudge is against Edge.  Everyone knows how that will end, which only spurns April further.

Outside of being a vindictive bitch and searching for reasons to come down on Anarchs like a ton of bricks, April occasionally acts as an extra hand for the Sheriff when the need arises.  She also maintains a bit of influence over the local criminal justice system, particularly the jails.
