Description: Jill is Ken Smith's childe and so she is a member of Team NOS by default.  Jill was born in Florida but spent most of her life in LA.  She had always been a tomboy, growing up with three older brothers.  It did not take Jill long to earn the attention of Team NOS.  Unlike the other groupie girls that hang out with the Anarch gang, Jill actually does know how to drive.  While Ken drives a Beetle, Chris drives an NSX, and Gauge drives a Skyline, Jill goes straight for the gut with an RX-7.

Even though it seems at times like Jill was embraced just last night, the truth is that she had been a favored vessel and ghoul passed around the gang for nearly a decade.  The embrace was her choice though, and she had pestered all three members as well as Eve, and at one point even Jennifer before Ken finally got tired of being bugged about it and did the deed himself.  In spite of initial reservations about making a ghoul and a groupie an embrace, Jill seems to be working out just fine.  She has no regrets, loves the bad girl image she has, is loyal, and is just as willing to throw down and get her hands dirty as Ken and Chris.  If Jill has any one particular flaw, it's that she hates both Eve and Jennifer, seeing them as sellouts and in Eve's case, an outright traitor to the cause.
