Brief Bio: Wallace is a complete wild card. It doesn't help that interacting with him is a bizarre exchange as he seems completely enraptured in a film noir type setting, narrating his thoughts like out of a pulp detective story.

The general rule is that he will do what he is paid to do, but this is a very rough guideline at best as he also will do what he thinks is right or what he thinks will make things more interesting. What keeps him from being more then just another oddball is that he has proven to be frighteningly competent when he needs to be, exposing deeply buried secrets or out maneuvering foes that should be out of his league.
