Brief Bio: Oscar is an experienced Brujah Anarch from Seattle, Washington.  He came to Charlotte in the early 70s, running from a Blood Hunt in his home city.  Like most Brujah, Oscar has a quick temper, but he is also fairly intelligent and well behaved, all things considered.

Oscar believes in the Anarch cause.  He does not like Team NOS's disorganization.  He does not respect weekend warriors, and he loathes the idea of Jokers Wild hogging up influence and using it to exploit their position and take control of the Anarchs in Charlotte as a whole.  Oscar respects Edge for trying to stay neutral, but deep down he doesn't believe that is possible.  And to him, Madisen's QCLA is just another branch of the Sabbat.

For that reason, Oscar has begun to search for other alternatives.  One of which is rejoining the Camarilla...
