Grunrun stands a 4'10 tall and is almost as wide as tall. His thick muscly arms hang by his side. One hand is deep crimson red matching his armor.  It is an armour painted in a deep, crimson-stained red with brass ornaments and where the head looks shaped like the head of a rhino. The whole chestplate has an emblazoned rune of Khorne on it. The armour does not grant much protection on the arms, only a pair of crimson armbands and heavy, spiky gauntlets. Atop the rhino-like helmet sits the crown of everlasting conquest. Around his shoulders hangs a heavy purple fur coat with black fur trims. The entire coat is richly
decorated in golden embroidment that tell the tale of the lousy prisoner in a cage and his rise to one of the mighty hands of Zar Oskarr the Many armed. Gems decorate the story to give the scenes more life and many tiny diamonds are worked into the material that are now reflecting the fire giving the coat an almost magical shine. On the back between the shoulders a simplistic representation of the Slayers Khornate fist is prominently displayed entirely in diamonds behind the rune of Kingship in olive colored emeralds. The entire thing speaks of great wealth and power for only the richest in the world can afford this level of craftsmanship and richness in gems.

He sports an arsenal of weaponry the most prominent is his runic axe soul cleaver.

His hair has turned fiery red and he doesn't sport the usual dwarves beard. His mane gave him the name Grunrun the lion, but he is mostly known as Grunrun the unbreakable for he has bested the great unclean demon of nurgle on multiple occasions and withstood its foul magic when everyone else faltered.
