Lord Xaltor is more monster than man, blessed by the gods with a skin made from diamond shaped scales as hard as steel and with a dual-spiked tail as well as the eyes of a beast and the fangs of a snake. The Lord is a towering monstrosity clad in dark mystical armor and robed in the finest of silks.

The lord's long serpentine tongue usually slithers through his curved fangs as he speaks and his voice is at once hizzing and echoing.
