Almost permanently three sheets to the wind, he wears tattered clothes and smells of whiskey but manages to be polite and somehow charming despite his obvious failings. He's an older gentleman, tall and lean, somewhat scraggly looking, though he seems to have poor posture, and is frequently slumped over on something.
