History: Arthur is the twenty-eight-year-old heir of the Moore family, finding himself the unexpected inheritor of his family's fortune when his parents died in a plane crash. His lifelong interest in the myths and legends of King Arthur was driven to the forefront of his mind in an attempt to cope with what was going on in his life and as he delved deeper into the stories he found a mention in the stories that reminded him of a place he'd once seen on a childhood visit to the United Kingdom with his family many years before. Sparing no expense, he set out across the ocean in an attempt to rediscover the place he remembered, expecting to find some interesting relic of the distant past.

His search led him to a cave under some ruins and within he found a sealed door of some unknown black metal in front of which stood a stone pedestal with the cross-hilt of a sword sticking out. Grasping it tightly, Arthur tugged on the sword hilt and was surprised when it slid out with minimal effort. Lines of faint, golden energy glowed down the blade before those same lines began to trace across the door as it slowly began to recede into the stone wall. Behind the door he found a suit of armor, shaped from the same dark metal with patterns of golden energy flowing along it, seemingly as untouched by time or the elements as the blade he now held in his hand.

After securing his find in carefully designed containers, he had it brought back to his home in Emerald City where he could study his unexpected find...

The Moore Family: The Moores have been present in Emerald City since a decade after its founding and found riches during the gold and gem rush of the 1850s. With their unexpected riches, a large family estate was built in the Elysian Forest which has grown over the years as future generations added to it. Since Arthur's discovery of the Pendragon Armor and Excalibur, he has been working to update his family home for his new venture as a superhero. Using his knowledge of technology, he has built an AI system to run his home (codenamed MERLIN), as he has let go of his family's staff to lessen the chances of anyone working out the secret that he is Pendragon.
