Manami Kusabana is the half-Japanese sister of her full-German brother Erhard Zelgerden. Manami's wealthy father (a known philanderer) took her Japanese mother as a mistress, with Manami born a couple years later. She grew up primarily in Germany and France, Manami spent part of the time, mostly summers, visiting her grandparents in Japan.

While out shopping, Megumi's mother was in a hit-and-run accident, which left her in a coma. Her influential father pulled a few strings and had her life support pulled.

Megumi was adopted and recognized fully as his daughter. Her brother, from her father's first marriage, took a shine to his little sister and favored her, rather than tormented her.

Erhard had his father's "power" which he abused to his father's ignorance. A power which gave him the ability to telepathically influence people to do his bidding... no matter what it was. And though he cared for his little sister, she was not beyond his power. He used her to shape his need for power as he used anyone else, though her role was mainly testing out social situations in high-society as his eyes and ears.

Notes:

Hair: A deep, creamy brown, long and straight with some slight waving, about the length of her back.

Eyes: Hazel-blue-green eyes, large and slightly almond shaped.

Skin: Pale and smooth

Features: Oval face, classic-beauty, good cheekbones. Her parents made a beautiful kid.
