Shanda Rell is a fairly average looking Miraluka, standing about 5'7" tall she is of rather slender build. Her skin is fairly pale showing signs of having not spent much of her life out side the Jedi Archives. Her hair kept semi long is a dark black and left somewhat loose. Typically she dresses in a red robed hood and fairly common whiteish clothing with dark boots. While she wears a lightsabre on her left hip it looks in fairly good condition, having not seen a whole lot of use compared to most Knights.

When Shanda speaks her voice is soft and not harsh in anyway, she doesn't really come across as meek, just more use to the quiet whispering talk amongst the holocron Archives.
