Jace is an imposing man.  Standing a little over 6 feet, he is near the upper limit of height for pilots.  A young man by most standards and old by a pilot's standards, Jace is the second oldest pilot in the 7th Fleet, bested only by his wingman Deuce.  With a well-muscled body and numerous scars along his forearms and fists, Jace is clearly a physical type of person.  His eyes are a plain hazel color, and he keeps his hair military regulation short - although his facial hair is another matter.  He lets it grow out in a messy beard and goatee, only shaving it when he gets enough annoyed looks from superior officers.

Jace's callsign of 'Schizo' comes from his rather... aggressive and unpredictable nature, the very same nature that solidified him a permanent position as squadron commander, and nothing higher.  That said, he is known to be very loyal to his pilots, despite his brutish flying style.
