Ferrius is a tall man, with lightly tanned skin.  His left eye is covered by an eyepatch.  He often is seen wearing provincial lamellar armor with a iron wolf head that forms a paldron on the left shoulder.  He has at times been seen wearing the garb of a militia officer when not in armor.
