Slender and sinuous, Darani moves with the fuildity and precission of her element. Her Aspect markings are intense, reflecting the purity of her blood. She deviates from other Terrestrial Martial Artists in that she keeps her hair long, she has ceased to shave her head since she went rogue on the Immaculate Order. The only thing she has kept from her previous life are the Artifacts given to her by her family.

She remains in good standing with her House, a fact that is known by the Spymaster of Whitewall. Both use that connection to subtly feed the Iselsi with possite reports regarding the Celestial Exalted. If they manage to turn the once noble Dynastic House to support the Celestial Exalted, they would achieve a major victory in the path to restore Creation to its former glory. Black Feather Gale was able to secure the loyalty of Darani after rescuing her from the undead in Marama's Fell, a fact not lost to her at all. She is aware of the story behind that blight upon Creation, which was further proof that the status quo of Creation need to change.
