Taeghan has had his Alice ever since he was three years old. He saw things before they happened, like a brick that almost fell on his mother's head (he started screaming, and that made her stop walking long enough for the brick to miss her). His mother said he had a gift. He saw the shadows of his future and knew people would try to take him away. He tried to hide for a very long time, but the Academy found him eventually, because he could not leave his mother on her own. And then they came. They gave his mother a lot of money and took him away... With his last words to her being, "Don't try to find me. It wont work... But I'll find you one day, promise." At least she would have the money. It was his only consolation in leaving her.

Taeghan has a thick Scottish accent and came from a single parent home, never knowing who his father was, for all his ability. Even if half the stuff which made him is unknown, Taeghan takes heart in knowing that he is what he is... just another player in the stream of fate.

Ability: Taeghan's Alice of Precognition works like this: Say an event already happened and it caused so much shock or emotional distress that it left an imprint or impression. It's this future impression/imprint which activates Taeghan's ability in the present. For example, when he was just a toddler, a large stone brick was about to fall on his mother. He saw his mother getting hit with it and possibly dying on the spot. So, he started screaming bloody murder, making his mother stop her walking and try to hush him instead. Up ahead, the brick fell harmlessly, no one was hurt, and Taeghan was right as rain again and asked for ice cream.

As Taeghan has come to find out, he can do "in your shoes" or empathic precognition, which gives him the ability to see visions of the future through another's eyes. For this reason alone he avoids people as much as possible. He especially hates it when he suddenly gets a vision of the future and it's one of his classmates viewing the results of a pop quiz or at their wedding day or their first sexual experience. If you see him suddenly bang his head against a locker, wall, or desk, he just saw someone about to lose their virginity.

Description: Taeghan is a boyishly handsome young man with pale skin and dark, unkempt hair. He has reflective eyes that appear golden in the light, and seem to glow when his precognition flares to life. Which is often if not checked with Alice restraints.

Personality: He keeps mostly to himself, since when he's in a large crowd of people his Alice flares up and interrupts his daily routine with sporadic visions of the near or distant future. He's a bit of an oddball and on occasion will suddenly run out of the classroom, or the cafeteria, or run screaming down the dormitory hallway.

Secret: Taeghan refuses to help Ambrose Passero in his quests for immortality. This has earned Taeghan a no-star ranking for his disobedience. However, efforts made by D.H. Anne Smith has earned Taeghan a 1-Star at least.
