Julius Mourn

Julius Mourn is a man of pale complexion from years in the void as well as being trapped within the grand halls of the Imperium's grinding bureaucracy. He favors fine clothing of flowing yet subtle design often to disguise the fact he's wearing armor beneath and in rather good physical condition. He is never without his cane, though he seems to carry it more as a sign of his position than any actual need for the item. The cane itself is finely crafted like most of his personal attire, though some could suspect it possibly containing a concealed weapon of some variety.

Julius is generally never without a small swarm of staffers and functionaries around himself aside form his bodyguards. He presents himself very much as a man of business and diplomacy over violence. That hasn't stopped him from making use of it, but he prefers to achieve generally more mutual outcomes to build his growing network of allies and contacts.

Palace of Coin is a rather remarkable vessel from an earlier era. Its hull is a work of art possibly born out of even the shipyards of Mars itself though that has been lost to the ages. Its name suits its purpose as the current domain of the self appointed Merchant Prince, Julius Mourn. He does not shy away from conducting various forms of business, including war when it proves profitable. As such, the vessel has been extensively equipped to be both a magnificent merchant ship as well as a vessel of combat. Several pirates have learned much to their misfortune how heavily armed and prepared the vessel is for combat situations.
