Kairos Neph

Description:
Kairos Neph is a human rogue. He stands 5 foot 8 inches and very lightly built. His black hair and dull grey eyes is often covered by a loose cloak that he carries around him at all times. He carries no distinctive features and has survived the streets of Skullport mostly by being ignored. His small frame and light fingers are his means of surviving by either pickpocketing or filching from merchants and vendors.

Kairos has no friends, no allies and no enemies. He lives day by day with the sole intention of surviving. The few times Kairos was caught and beaten bloody serves only as motivation to not be caught again, he sees no point in revenge. Nor does he have any sense of gratitude. He carries no attachments and no burdens. He does nothing that does not serve himself and his continuing existence.

Growing up as an orphan in Skullport, Karios's earliest memory is scavenging the streets. As a child his sole advantage was how invisible he was. Nobody took notice of him. Not to do him harm and neither to do him any favors. Kairos grew up eating rubbish and refuse. As he aged, he required more sustenance and took to stealing. Even at thieving he drew little notice. For Karios has seen the high brought low and how pride can kill in a city such as this. Kairos knows the only way he can survive is to be nothing more than a shadow.
