Nikolai, or "Nik" as most call him, is a ravishingly handsome with a devilish smile that promises the darkest and most sinful of desires.  He has a way of looking into the people he meets, as if he sees their souls laid bare before his eyes.  He wears a faint and knowing smirk at nearly all times, staring out at the world as if he knows all of its wonderful and naughty secrets.  Perpetually dressed for success, he is almost always found in dark slacks, alternating between dress shirts with blazers and dress shirts with vests.  He rarely wears a tie, often leaving the top few buttons of his shirt undone.  He's nearly incomplete without holding a tumbler full of some manner of whiskey or a smoking cigarette in his hand.  Despite his Russian name, Nikolai possesses a strong Welsh accent which hints at his birthplace, Cardiff.  Nik talks constantly; it's what he does.  He is gifted with a superhuman faculty for small talk, though of course his favorite subject, the one nearest and dearest to his heart, is himself.  He is a personality always "on" to those around him.  It is often grating, but there is depth to the man despite his selfish surface appearance: those who spend time around him quickly discover his keen insight into the motivations and desires of others.
