A solidly built man in his early 30's, James is neither overly tall nor overly short.  Merely an average inch under six feet.  He carries himself well and is an obviously well conditioned man.  Deep blue eyes hide under a dirty blonde shock of short hair, and despite what many tell him is a kind face, anyone around James for more than five minutes will note his biting sense of humor.  Sarcastic, insightful, and ruthless in its application, it covers for a genuine kindness that does not lend itself well to his work in most instances.
