_Crew Samara

Samara has long, dark brown hair that has a slight curl to it.  She often wears it in two long braids, pulled back into a slightly unkempt ponytail tied with a simple leather cord, or held at bay by a brightly colored Varisian head-scarf.

Samara's eyes are likewise dark brown in color and possess a dreamy, almost distracted quality to them. Her facial features are plain, but still very pretty by most any standards.  Her nose has a slightly hawkish cast to it, and her lips are full and naturally dark hued.  Her typical expression is of polite disinterest.  At her neck she wears a simple silver chain which holds a small crystal star wrapped in silver wire.

Samara's body is toned and tanned from days in the sun and simple hard work.  She is of average height, just under 5'6" or so.  Her torso is modestly endowed, but her hips are amply formed and sway alluringly when she walks.  She carries herself with an air of calm confidence, as if she hasn't a worry in the world.

Samara dresses practically.  When not in her armor and explorer's gear, she typically dresses in comfortable but colorful clothes, usually preferring loose pants or a long Varisian skirt with a blouse and vest and a wide belt which she uses to help accentuate her naturally curvy hips.

When armed, Samara carries simple, but well crafted arms and armor.  She typically clutches a light crossbow, and keeps a hefty morningstar in a baldric on her belt.

Almost always at Samara's side is an unusual being.  It stands tall and lanky, easily 6'6" or so, and is dressed in jester's motley of red and black with long dangly tails with tiny bells jingling on his cap.  His motions are jerky and seemingly uncoordinated, and yet he never seems to teeter, fall, or trip, giving him the appearance of a marionette suspended by invisible strings.  When he moves, there is a rattling, clattering sound softly muffled by his attire.  The most striking feature of this gangly being is the porcelain mask which serves as his face.  Typically, the mask bears a jovial, friendly appearance, but a quick swipe of his hand over the mask causes it to change.  No motion can be seen, and yet each movement of his hand seems to cause the mask to display a different emotion.  Oddly human eyes can be seen behind the mask, and though the strange jester's appearance could be unsettling, he seems to have a bearing of simple joviality about him.

Strapped to the strange being's back is a hammer of obscene proportions, resembling little more than a metal framed barrel strapped to a long wooden handle.  The head of the hammer bears small painted images of clowns and circus animals.  The handle is wrapped in black and red silk ribbons, which trail festively from the end of the long hammer's haft.
