Arne is a nice guy; easy on the eyes, big shoulders, smart, charming, personable, and now, a fine Astral Force line officer.  This is his first command after Academy, and so with this promotion, he's finally a Master on his own vessel and will be trying to be the best Master he can be.  He's not focused on his family, or on any other type of relationship except the most casual, because he didn't go through the AF Academy for nothing!  He knows he has a lot to learn, but he also knows that only bold action will carry the day for the Hegemony.

He's from Skyward, and went to the Hiromenn Naval Academy.

After Academy aboard the X Picket/Packet/patrol getting experience in Comms/Deck/Engineering.

Following that, on board the Y Cutter leading the Engineering Department.

Promotion to Master of the Sigfred.
