Oscar is a trim man. His figure is like a long distance runner. He has dirty blonde hair with a trimmed, full mustache. His hands are a mess of scars from lacerations. Looking closely, you can notice that his eyes, while looking to be a steely blue, are actually metallic and indicative of optical implants.

Tour 1: Breaker Team Lead

Assigned as Leader of a Breaker Team at Bellophone Naval Shipyards orbiting Gryphon. Responsible for decommissioning of 4 Frigates and two
Cargo Hauler vessels. Noted as an efficient and proficient exosuit operator, specializing in the KXS-7 Mod II Salvage Hardsuit.

Received commendation for minimizing loss of life during a mishap on the decommissioning of the IHS-Gyrspear. A malfunction during the salvage
operations triggered an automated emergency lockdown, trapping Breaker Team within the CIC spaces. Using ingenuity, Ensign Hargrave allowed the
trapped team to survive an hour past the expected time. Only one member of the ten-man team was lost when an explosion compromised their hardsuit.

Tour 2: Commanding Officer IHS-Diving Bell

Assigned to the Diving Bell, an Iridium-class Rescue Salvage vessel. Tour assignment was the investigation and possible recovery of the IHS-Lestat,
 a destroyer that was lost in an asteroid cluster due to catastrophic spike drive failure. The Diving Bell located the Lestat partially
embedded in a large asteroid.

Over the course of 3 years, the Diving Bell was able to cut the Lestat away from the asteroid. Forrays into the Lestat discovered the logs
that explained the death of the Lestat, lost with all hands. Working inside and out, using the technical expertise of Ensign Hargrave, the
Lestat was able to gain partial functionality during the tow back to the yards.
