Katherine Mondragon is the childe of Isabella De Orsi but does not share her gifts of foresight.  Instead she possesses physical gifts and as such became a Scourge for Sheriff Rocha.  Quickly rising through the ranks she is now his right hand man.

Her physical appearance is in stark contrast to her chosen profession.  Her jet black hair and azure eyes are perfectly offset to her pale skin.  Her beauty would probably have afforded her many privileges in the mortal world but that was not the life for her.  Now she moves with predatory grace.

Her chief role is hunting down Anarchs and ending them.
