Isabella is rumored to be an Oracle from an older time.  She is very trusted within the court and is usually very composed.  Her relationship with the Sheriff is not good and he has openly called for her removal from her position on more than one occassion but has thus far been unsuccessful.

Isabella is always eloquent, graceful, and composed.  She has recently begun spending time with the Nosferatu and the Ravnos in order to bring them under the guidance of the Prince.  (more to come)
