Chorro is a master level vampire and possibly the Master of the City. For his night job, he runs the casino riverboat Aces and Eights on the Mississippi that docks on the St. Louis levee. Chorro is unlike most vampires in that he doesn't feed on the blood of his victims. Instead, he has developed a way to drain their life essence from them and he feels that all blood sucking vampires are beneath him. The act of Chorro's feeding leaves his victim alive but in a total mindless, zombie-like state.
