Dr Philip McCoy was one of the senior scientific advisers to Number 10, when the S-wave occurred.

A member of the Royal Society, he is a trained geneticist, biochemist and one of the greatest scientific minds.

His body has warped into that of an animal/human hybrid, but it appears Philip is delighted with the results. Approaching 70 when the S-wave occurred, he is suddenly youthful again, with superhuman strength, durability, speed, agility and senses.
