Appearance: Russel is a fairly tall and solidly build fellow, weighing more than he seems. He carries himself with confidence and purpose but also a lot of self-awareness and a bit of paranoia. He keep his hair clean cut and is always fastidiously clean shaven. He tends to prefer well cared for, simple, and comfortable clothing. When on duty he wears his uniform and keep it well maintained or any of a few three-piece suits he owns only for certain occasions. Off duty, he tend to wear jeans and flannel.

Personality: Russel is a very, very laid back person. This is probably from his very philosophical and introspective nature, but he tends to let things slide easily. He is rarely angry, perturbed, frustrated, or upset. On the job, he is very analytical but off the job he can be quite eccentric.
