There are few things that Virgil loves in this galaxy. The two most important are his Wife, and the 12th Star Guards. Never one to shy away from a fight, Virgil was raised by the Guards, and now will willingly give his life to help the people who gave him a place to call home.

He considers himself the watchful angel of wrath, but his call sign is due to his precision. He uses fewer shots, shows fewer moves, yet he still can kill some of the most arrogant pilots without a bit of effort.
