A few years younger than her brother, Cicilya came of age a year ago, an event that was celebrated with a lavish feast, complete with entertainment from the East. Unlike her brother, the lady enjoys wearing finery and dining on expensive meals, and she is certainly one to enjoy the spotlight. With her silky blonde hair and green eyes, she is quite a pretty thing and has her share of admirers.

At first glance, Cicilya can seem a spoiled, demanding little brat—she certainly was just that in her younger years. She is quite entitled and expects to be obeyed, but she is not necessarily cruel or unkind. For instance, she has a great love of children and since she was a teenager has arranged for orphans and the poor to come and visit the Eyrie and to enjoy all the comforts for a few nights.

Since the death of her parents, Cicilya's character has been somewhat muted. She was very close to her mother in particular, and at times she appears quite haunted, though she does not speak of such things.
