 Appearance: A man of slender build and slender features. His hair is always kept tidy, often pulled back in a neat ponytail tied with a black or a blue ribbon, depending upon the event and his own wardrobe for the day. He is most notable for his rather youthful appearance, often mistaken to be younger than his true age, and due to it, often treated as a younger man.

Personality: A young man who is still not completely certain of himself. He has a general lack of confidence, but is considered to be quite a capable young man. Many know him to be very polite, well mannered, and well-read. However, his medical studies have made him come off as somewhat cold. Even so, he tries his best to remain a pleasant and most grateful guest at any occasion.

History: Louis was born in France to Francoise Rochefort. She fled the country along with many of her relatives after the fall of the French Crown and settled within England to avoid the worst of the revolution. According to rumor, Louis' father was killed during the more violent years of the conflict. Louis and his mother lived within the home of their great-uncle, whom insured their well-being and Louis' education due to the loss of the Rochefort estates and valuables in France. His great-uncle died during his early teen years, and his mother died before he left for medical school.

 Louis studied at St. Bart's in London where he often worked in the treatment of various soldiers returning from battle. It was during this time that he became a fully licensed physician, as well as an apothecary(pharmacist).

 He recently returned from London to his family's home which is for the most part empty save for his great-aunt, Marie Rosewood, whom he has always been rather close to. She has insisted that Louis attend the upcoming season with her, and after much persuasion he has accepted. This will be his first season.
